The slow cook oven is what separates this build from the rest of the family. It is a 27 litre thermostatically controlled cavity rated at 1.00 kW, designed to hold a gentle heat for hours rather than to roast. Put a shin of beef or a pot of stock in before work and it will still be improving when you get home, without occupying either main oven.

How the four cavities divide the work

What an induction hotplate changes
