NEFF's N 90 take on the 80cm induction hob, with the removable magnetic TwistPad dial, five zones, Flex Induction and a sensor that manages frying for you.
The T68FUV4L0 brings N 90 refinement to the 80cm format. Five induction zones span the 80.2cm black ceramic surface, from a 145mm ring to a 240mm centre zone with 3.7kW of boost, and everything is directed from the TwistPad: a removable, magnetic control dial that gives power adjustment a precise, mechanical feel touch panels cannot match.
The TwistPad is more than a flourish. Twist it to set any of seventeen power stages on any zone, lift it off entirely to wipe the glass clean or lock the hob against small hands. A two-coloured white and red display shows at a glance which zones are live, and the Extended Frying Sensor holds the pan at your chosen temperature automatically.

Why a dial still beats a slider
Touch controls made hobs easier to clean and harder to adjust with wet fingers or a pot in one hand. The TwistPad restores the dial without giving up the glass. It sits magnetically on the surface, turns with real resistance through seventeen power stages, and addresses whichever zone you have selected. When you finish, it lifts off completely: the glass wipes flat and the hob cannot be switched on without it. Precision, cleanability and a built-in lock, all in one anthracite-grey disc.
Flex Induction does the arranging
Within the 40cm Flex zone, the hob senses the size, shape and position of your cookware the moment it lands, joining or separating zones to fit. Automatic zone selection picks the right zone when you switch on, PowerTransfer carries settings across when a pot moves, and ReStart restores everything if the hob is accidentally switched off and back on within four seconds. The Extended Frying Sensor then manages temperature automatically once the frying pan is down, with the dish assistant in the Home Connect app suggesting the right level.

Day to day, two-stage residual heat indicators show which zones are still warm, the pause function holds everything mid-cook, timers cover switch-off and count-down duties, and the safety cut-out steps in if a zone is left running.
