The N 70 T27CS59S0 is a built-in gas hob that sets five burners into a 75.2 cm sheet of black tempered glass. It suits cooks who want flame cooking without the cleaning burden of a traditional gas hob: the glass surface wipes down easily, and continuous cast iron pan supports let pans slide between burners.
FlameSelect is the working heart of it. Each burner adjusts through nine precisely defined levels via the front-mounted sword knobs, which ignite the flame with a push and turn. Power spans a 1 kW economy burner for gentle work through to a 4 kW wok burner at the centre front for stir-fries and fast boiling.
