In normal use it moves up to 372 m³/h of air at a restrained 60 dB, and when a wok or grill pan sends up serious smoke, the intensive setting lifts extraction to 604 m³/h. It steps back down automatically after six minutes, and three washable aluminium grease filters span the full 90cm width to catch what rises off every ring.
