Description
The E-Series is Blackstone's electric answer to the gas griddle: the same wide, flat cooking surface and rear grease management, in a tabletop format that plugs in. The 17-inch model is the compact one, sized for apartments, caravans and small kitchens.
Use nylon, wood or silicone tools on the coated plate, wipe it down once it has cooled, and drop the grease cup in the dishwasher. The griddle top itself should not go in the dishwasher, and the hood should stay open if you are cooking for more than about ten minutes at a stretch.
