Description
TUF Gaming Series 5 brings five upgrades to ASUS's most popular gaming monitor class: a 200Hz refresh rate, a 0.3ms Fast IPS panel, ELMB Sync, DisplayWidget Center and TUF Gaming A.I. features such as a dynamic crosshair and AI Visual picture tuning. The VG279Q5A is the 27-inch member of the family.
Variable refresh is handled by both GPU camps, so an RTX or Radeon card gets tear-free frames across the 48 to 200Hz range, and consoles get 120Hz over HDMI 2.0. A DisplayPort cable, power cord and an L-shaped screwdriver for the stand are in the box, and the monitor is HDCP 2.3 compliant for streaming services.
