Amazfit built the T-Rex 3 Pro for people who take their watch places phones do not go. The BioTracker 6.0 sensor tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, stress and skin temperature around the clock, sleep is scored with stages, naps and breathing quality, and a barometric altimeter, compass, storm warnings and tide and moon-phase displays look after the outdoor side.
Zepp OS 5 adds Zepp Flow voice control, Zepp Coach training plans, automatic recognition of 25 strength-training movements and up to 26GB of storage for maps and music. Workouts sync to Strava, komoot, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health and Google Fit, and Wi-Fi handles over-the-air updates and map downloads.
